This weekend I had the privileged to meet Buddhist Nun the venerable Robina Courtin and attend one of her talks in Valencia (for 2 days). I first heard her talk about a year ago on how to be your own therapist (video below) and she has a great way of explaining Buddhist ideas in a logical down to earth way.
